We had dinner at Lahaina Fish Company (la-ha-een-a) which included this beautiful sunset view of the island of Lanai (lan-eye-ee). The fish was good too! 😉

It was about 30 minutes after sunset when the color got really intense. And yes, the water looked a bit like wet paint!

Wonderful setting for a great dinner. Why do meals seem to taste better with scenes like this? Or maybe it’s the other way. Why do scenes like this seem more vibrant with great meals?
