All we ever did see
When we’re down at the sea
We see things so very bright at the sea
‘Fancy Colors’ – Robert Lamm & Chicago, 1970

Well, since my last post seems to have been a bust, I thought I’d go back to something more traditional. I got a little encouragement yesterday from a friend, let’s call him “Bob,” who mentioned that he likes my posts with colorful pictures from interesting places.

I’ve had this post drafted for a few weeks but hadn’t gotten around to choosing the pictures. So here are a few more colorful scenes from our recent visits to the Caribbean.

There’s something about the colors in the Caribbean that are more bold and vibrant than what we typically see here. I’m not sure if it’s because of the bright sunshine, blue sky and water, or if the people there just like their colors. Whatever the cause I’m always happy to take my camera out in search of their colors.

By the way, for those who like to peruse my travel pictures, galleries from our most recent travels are now on my Adobe Portfolio page.
